Welcome to Magnolia West Photography! We're thrilled to have you here. Before we get started, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions that govern the use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided
Magnolia West Photography offers professional wedding photography services including but not limited to wedding day coverage, engagement sessions, bridal portraits, and more. Detailed service descriptions can be found on our website.

2. Booking and Payment
Booking: To reserve our services for your wedding day or any other event, a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee are required.
Payments: Full payment must be received prior to the event date unless otherwise specified in the contract. We accept payments via Cash, Check or Credit Card.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel our services, please notify us as soon as possible. The retainer fee is non-refundable. Depending on the timing of cancellation, additional fees may apply.
Cancellation by Photographer: In the unlikely event that we must cancel our services, all payments received will be refunded in full.

4. Copyright and Usage
Copyright: Magnolia West Photography retains the copyright to all images taken during your event. We reserve the right to use selected images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials.
Usage: Clients are granted personal usage rights to the images provided, which includes printing and sharing for personal use. Commercial use of images is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Client Cooperation
Clients agree to provide necessary cooperation to enable us to provide photography services effectively. This includes but is not limited to providing schedules, locations, and ensuring the presence of key subjects for the photography sessions.

6. Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered digitally via online gallery within 2 months. Additional products such as prints and albums may have separate delivery times and fees.

7. Limitation of Liability
Magnolia West Photography will take utmost care in capturing and delivering images. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances including equipment failure, injury, illness, or other causes beyond our control, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ventura County, California, USA.

9. Amendments
Magnolia West Photography reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
